What we collect

• Your email address and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile photo.
• The audio or video files you upload, only for the purpose of transcribing them.
• Basic usage data (page views, button clicks) to improve the service.

How long we keep your files

• Free plan: audio/video files are deleted from storage after 7 days. Transcript text is retained, but viewing is locked after 3 days unless you upgrade to Premium.
• Premium plan: audio/video files are kept for 2 years. Transcripts remain viewable for as long as your subscription is active (including past free jobs you unlock).

Third-party services

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, file storage.
• Google AdSense — displays ads to free users. Uses cookies for personalization.
• LemonSqueezy — acts as Merchant of Record for Premium and API subscriptions. We never see your card details.

Your rights
